  • Theresa A. Schmidt, PT, DPT, MS, OCS, LMT, CEAS, is an orthopedic physical therapy specialist and massage therapist integrating traditional and alternative medicine with an emphasis on manual therapy, precision exercise, wellness, Reiki, hypnosis, and mindfulness. She presented for NASA/Inomedic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, Vanderbilt Med, Wake Med, and professional associations. She received her doctorate at UNE and served as faculty at Touro PT Programs and CUNY Queens Colleges in NY. She is a published author, Expert Consultant, Reiki Master Instructor, and hypnotherapist in private practice at Educise® in New Hampshire.
  • Stuart Wilson, PT, is a physical therapist, and a human movement junkie. Stuart began his PT career on the Big Island of Hawaii where he worked with all levels of athletes and orthopedic patients. Stuart owned and operated the Champion Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy clinic in Denver, CO. Champion specialized in sport-specific analysis and treatment that utilized a biomechanical, manual and functional medicine approach to problem-solving. Stu is currently a director at Panther Physical Therapy and Sports Performance in Colorado where he continues to treat many patients and athletes of all levels.

    Stuart graduated from Colorado State University with a BS in Exercise Sport Science, emphasis on Sports Medicine, and Human Anatomy and Neurobiology. He went on to earn his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, CO. Stuart has consulted for the USA Triathlon and has gained a respectful reputation as a running and cycling expert. He also served as the lead PT for the Colorado Ballet. Currently, he is an affiliate faculty member for Regis University. He has submerged himself in SFMA Level 1 and 2, and has become FMS certified. He has completed Level 1 of 2 of the Functional Dry Needling certification.

    Stuart presents on many topics including skiing, running, cycling, functional medicine, exercise as medicine, injury prevention, and functional ergonomics. He enjoys being outside and active with running, biking, hiking, snowboarding, and playing on sports teams including ice hockey and soccer. Stuart’s favorite thing to do is be with his amazing wife and their two awesome young children.

  • Milica McDowell, MS, DPT, is an orthopedic physical therapist with over 20 years of experience. She’s owned a sports medicine practice in Bozeman, MT for 20 years, was a university faculty in human performance and most recently worked for Rocktape for 8 years in professional education and business development. She is an author of numerous global continuing education courses, has worked as a textbook editor, and is an author of numerous professional and lay publications. Her current role is the VP of Product for Physitrack, a company based in London, that puts e-learning and helpful technologies in the hands of medical, wellness, and fitness professionals globally. When she’s not researching, writing courses, or educating others, you can find Dr. Milica running, skiing, cooking, or enjoying the outdoors with her active family.
  • Paul Herberger, BS, CPT CF-2, is a Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Judge and Level 2 Certified CrossFit coach. He is also a Certified Ironman Triathlon coach who has coached numerous athletes to the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii and Ironman 70.3 World Championships. Additionally, Paul holds coaching certifications from USA Swimming and USA Cycling. Paul owns and operates Epic Fitness, a functional fitness center in Bozeman, Montana, where he manages a staff of coaches and trainers and oversees both in-person and virtual training programs. A former professional Big Mountain Skier, Paul competed on the Freeride World Tour for 12 years and during his Ironman triathlon career qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships and North American 70.3 Championships. Paul has participated in numerous research studies, is a contributing developer of continuing education courses for RockTape and TriggerPoint and enjoys mentoring up-and-coming coaches and trainers. In his free time, Paul loves to surf, ski, and CrossFit.
  • Peggy Lamb, MA, LMT, BCTMB, has been a manual therapist and bodyworker for over 30 years and is certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She owns a private massage and movement therapy business, where she practices when she’s not lecturing. Ms. Lamb received her initial training at the New Mexico Academy of Massage and Advanced Healing Arts in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and at Wellness Skills, Inc., in Dallas, Texas. She taught clinical anatomy and physiology, trigger point therapy, and Swedish techniques at Wellness Skills, Inc., in Dallas, and at Texas Healing Arts Institute in Austin. In addition to her extensive training in massage therapy, she also teaches dance and yoga and is a personal trainer. She is the author of Releasing the Iliopsoas and Quadratus Lumborum and Stretch Your Patients: The Bodyworker’s Guide to Client Table Stretches. Ms. Lamb is an approved CE provider for the Texas Department of Health, the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and the Florida Department of Health. In addition, she has presented nationally at many AMTA state chapter conventions.
