SPLIT OVER THREE BLOCKS OF TRAINING

01 The program starts by developing initial landing qualities and confidence through the static ballistic block

02 ​Block 2 then begins to develop your landing skills and tissue capacities through oscillatory methods and an introduction to Light Tier Plyometrics

03 The final block integrates larger forces and velocities to start exposing the tissue to more specific loading parameters
